A&B Laundry wish to outline our terms and conditions with regards to our business and accept anyone using our services has read and understood the terms outlined below and with the purchase of our services agrees to these terms in a binding contract.

A&B Laundry will exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each laundry bag. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small hole in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In laundering we cannot guarantee against colour loss, colour bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. A&B Laundry liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed £50 per garment regardless of brand or condition. Total loss liability per order shall not exceed £150. Payment for services is non-transferable and non-refundable.

A&B Laundry will wash and tumble dry your laundry as well as iron (if chosen) and will take every precaution to ensure your laundry is returned to a high quality.

A&B Laundry will not read each items washing requirements and leaves the liability with customers to ensure that each item of laundry received will be suitable for washing and tumble drying. We also do not accept dry cleaning only items, nor do we accept items that cannot be tumble-dried.

A&B Laundry will always ensure that your clothes are never mixed with anybody else’s laundry and they will never be washed with anybody else's laundry.

If you are not home at the time of your scheduled pick-up or delivery and/or the driver has to return at another time an additional charge of £10 will be added to your total order. If ever there is a problem with your returned laundry we must be notified within 24 Hours. In the event of loss or damage (laundry), the liability of A&B Laundry Services is limited to TEN TIMES THE INDIVIDUAL CHARGE PER ARTICLE or weight of laundry that pick up. Zippers, Buttons, Snaps and any hanging or decorative parts of a garment the laundry cannot be held responsible. If you give us permission through email or text to drop off your laundry at any address this removes any liability for missing laundry or dry cleaning from A&B Laundry Services.

A&B Laundry exercises utmost care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, there will be instances where items may get misplaced or lost. As such, differences in count must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. A&B Laundry liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed £50 per garment regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customers own risk at all times. Total loss liability per order shall not exceed £250.

A&B Laundry DO NOT specialise in washing garments that need special treatment, or garments that state not washing machine or tumble dry safe and is up to the customer to ensure laundry provided is safe to be washing machined and tumble dried.

A&B Laundry is committed to providing you the best online laundry experience.  In addition, our Web site has been designed to make your laundry experience easy and reliable.

A&B Laundry will always try and use non bio products however, sometimes we will use products that may not be hypoallergenic, however, we will try our upmost to always use naturally based products but please be aware that some products may contain chemicals that can cause skin irritation. If so, please speak to your doctor.

A&B Laundry has your permission to leave your laundry at the same address as it was picked up with or without you being present.

A&B Laundry will deliver once proof of payment has been received and will do its upmost do deliver your laundry back to you within a 48 hour period as best as possible. However, there are circumstances when this may not be achieved to which you will be given prior notification.
